Cancellation:

An order is eligible for cancellation within 24 hrs of order placement or before it has been processed for shipment at our warehouse management whichever may be sooner. To initiate a request for cancellation so please write to us on [email protected] with your order number and request for cancellation mentioned in the subject.

Returns

We accept returns for exchanges for size related issues and defects if any within 24 hrs of order receipt. To schedule a request for exchange, please write to us on [email protected] with your order number and request for an exchange mentioned in the subject and reason and details for exchange. We also offer exchanges on products purchased at marked down prices.

All our orders are properly Quality Checked before dispatch. In case if the item is defective, damaged on transit or if you receive the wrong item, Please reach out to us within 24 hours of delivery. We will get the product replaced free of cost. 

Refunds

We have a 24 hrs return policy, which means you have 24 hrs after receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the below conditions,

• Unused & In the same condition that you received.
• In the same packaging box so as to assure that the product doesn’t get damaged in-transit back to us.
