The following items can’t be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can’t accept returns for:
Custom or personalised orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Returns and exchange details
Refunds (minus shipping charges) gladly accepted for 7 days after items arrive.
NO RETURNS ACCEPTED after 7 days..
Items must be in same condition
Custom orders, chains and wires are not exchangeable nor refundable.
